Seriously. <BR/>People have a right to be stupid. And they have a right to base their stupidity on mythology. They have a right to preach their stupidity. They have a right to live their lives wrapped in a comfortable, non-thinking blanket of stupidity and bigotry. They do NOT have a right to enforce their stupidity on the rest of America. <BR/><BR/>I respect President Obama for trying to change the tone of debate in this country. I respect his attempts to reach out and reason with those who disagree. But I am more cynical than the President. I have no interest in trying to reason with people who reject the very idea that reason matters, and by the results of that poll, that's at least 35% of us.
