But seriously (not hatin'), I really want to know: how, if at all (?), is this blogger any more "well spoken" than anyone else of African descent? (Personally I would hesitate to use the outdated term "negro.") Of course I haven't heard the blogger SPEAK--so maybe he/she is a Frederick Douglassian orator. As for the writing here, it seems generally clear and competent, no more, no less.
I think it might help if you go to the archives and check out what prompted me to do this blog; it will provide some context that might prove helpful. I am also a guy, and though I would never claim to be as gifted an orator as Douglass or King, I do hold my own quite well, and I've been lucky to speak across the country.
